Description Black plastic rotary wall telephone with receiver and spiral cord. The piece is rectangle shaped with a round face. Numbers and letters are printed in white on the face with the plastic dial fitting around them. At the center of the dial is a printed piece of paper that reads "Area Code 612/ 445-3664." Embossed in the plastic below the face is an oval with the text "Bell System/Made By Western Electric." Above the face is a silver metal receiver hook. The piece has a brass back with snipped wires and the word "Lola" is written in pencil at the upper left corner. Telephone was taken from the dining room in the brick area of the Lenzmeier House in Shakopee before it was demolished. The first rotary dial phone was installed in Shakopee in 1958.
