Scope & Content Scrapbook from the Scott County 4-H club Lucky Stars. 4-H is a youth organization administered by the United States Department of Agriculture, largely through individual state extension offices. The Lucky Stars were administered by the Extension Services of the University of Minnesota in Jordan. The four Hs stand for "Head, Heart, Hands and Health". The goal of the organization is to engage children through agriculturally based programs that focus on citizenship, healthy living, science, engineering, and technology.

The scrapbook consists of programs, photographs, certificates, ribbons, correspondence and newspaper clippings of the Lucky Stars club officers, performing plays/skits, at the Scott County Fair, participating in demonstrations, at the Minnesota State Fair, shooting weapons, at banquets, and so on between 1996-2000.
